WHO, WHAT and WHY?

Puebla Aida Developments’ corporate team combines a wealth of experience and an eclectic mix of skills - architectural, administrative, legal, financial and, naturally of course, construction and promotion.

Over nearly two decades, members of the team have been variously involved with the development of numerous prestigious developments on the Costa del Sol, including some 300 units at Puebla Aida on Mijas Golf, 230 units at White Pearl Beach, Marbella, and 112 units at Las Alamandas, Nueva Andalucia.

Since the successful completion of Puebla Aida in 2003, the Company has focused primarily on the construction of luxury and ultra-luxury villas in the range of 900,000 to 3 million euros.

It currently has several parcels for independent villas, each with site-specific designs, ready for immediate commencement (allow up to 12 months for completion of these).

The Company is currently evaluating sites for the sale of town houses in the 300,000 to 450,000 euros range.

Additionally, through its sister Company, Mentor Advisory, we are able to offer a range of resale properties on Puebla Aida.
